Dr. Mrs. Indu Mazumdar is a highly motivated and creative professional with a Ph.D. in the Faculty of Commerce and Management, holding an MBA and MH-SET qualification. With a strong commitment to innovative thinking and cohesive team building, she excels in goal setting, achieving targets through participative and transformational leadership. As an Assistant Professor at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, she imparts her knowledge to students, further extending her expertise as a Visiting Faculty at PDKVV School of Agri-Business Management in Nagpur. Dr. Mazumdar has contributed significantly as an Expert Member on various academic boards and held additional responsibilities, including being the In-charge Director at Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Management.In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Indu Mazumdar is actively involved in career counseling, campus placements, and training workshops focused on skill-building, communication, and writing. She has successfully organized international conferences, national seminars, and HR meets. With a rich industry experience that includes roles as an Assistant Manager in marketing and sales and as a Business Development Team Lead, she brings practical insights to her academic endeavors. Dr. Mazumdar has authored books, received awards for her contributions to teaching, and published research papers in esteemed journals. Her diverse experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to the academic and professional communities she serves.
