The hall has a sophisticated blend of ultra modern design and technology with an ambience of a traditional Conference. It is a fully equipped Conference Hall with latest AV equipment & Delegate Mic system and can accommodate the gathering of 25 - 30 people. The regular Academic Council Meeting (ACM) is also held here.
Some meeting rooms come equipped with booking management software, depending on the needs of the company that owns them. Typically a medium to large office or post-secondary educational facility has smaller meeting rooms often called a conference room or a huddle room.
