About Hostel

There are 40 rooms (80 officers on shared basis). Eachroom is eqipped with AC, geyser, TV & computer with internet facility.

Arjun House

There are 40 rooms (80 officers on shared basis). Eachroom is eqipped with AC, geyser, TV & computer with internet facility.

Sarath Bhawan

There are 20 rooms (32 officers on shared basis in 16 rooms & 04 rooms for family accommodation). Each room comes with AC, geyser , LCD-TV & computer with internet facility.

VIP Suits

Arjun House has 6 suites for visiting faculty & dignitaries.

Ajeya House

Situated near OFAJ/IB, it has 14 spacious rooms provided with AC, geyser, TV & computers with internet facility. All the hostels have beatiful ambience and are surrounded by manicured Lawns/Gardens.

No room service is allowed except on medical ground.

1. Rooms should be occupied as per the occupancy chart. No change of room is allowed without the permission of competent authority.
2. Proper Dress Code should be followed in the Dining Hall and premises.
3. Smoking and Alcoholic Drinks are strictly disallowed in rooms as well as in hostel premises.
4. TV should be watched on low volume.
5. All cash/valuables/mobiles/watches etc. should be kept properly locked in independent almirah provided to each officer and should not be left in open. Hostel management will not be responsible for any loss of these items from rooms.
6. Keys of the rooms should be handed over to the receptionist for cleaning and other maintenance jobs while going out of hostel. If not handed over and the same is lost, cost of keys shall be recoverable.
7. Power supply should be switched off from the switch provided outside the room, before leaving the room.
8. Washed clothes should be dried only on cloth stand provided and in no case should be hanged on wires.
9. Proper behavior/treatment with Hostel officer/staff and contract workers serving in hostel is expected from guest officers.
10. Gardens/Lawns and Flower/Fruit plants should not be damaged.
11. Officers may avail internet facility as per the timings displaced on Notice Board. Computers should be properly shutdown.
12. Officers are expected to return to their rooms latest by 00 PM.Gate shall be closed after this time. Thereafter express permission of Orderly Officer, Sr. officer shall be required to open the gate.
13. In case of any complaint regarding deficiency of service, HOS/Hostel may be contacted.
14. As regard any suggestions for improvement, same may be made to HOS/Hostel.
